Sea Breeze Power Corp. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Gregory Hoffman as Secretary of the Company. Mr. Hoffman is a son of the late C. Chase Hoffman, founder of Sea Breeze Power Corp. As an advisor to the Board of Directors for the past three years, Mr. Hoffman is proud to be following in his father’s footsteps in continuing to take an active role in the developing business of the company.
Mr. Hoffman will be bringing a diverse set of experiences to the position. Since graduating from Stanford University in 1981, he has been successfully involved in a variety of capacities in education, the entertainment industry and private business. He has worked in live theater as a Producer, Director, and Fight Director in North America, Europe and Asia, and has over 250 professional credits to his name. He is also a long time teacher of T’ai Chi Ch’uan and is the founder of True Edge Pictures, an independent film company dedicated to period action films.
In addition to his work with Sea Breeze Power Corp. and the entertainment and education industries, Mr. Hoffman also has 30 years of experience in private investment portfolio management and has been a long-standing owner, director, and vice-president of a Hawaiian cruise and ferry company.
Sea Breeze Power is delighted to welcome Mr. Hoffman on board, and is looking forward to his valuable contribution as he embarks on his new position with the company.
The Company recently accepted the resignation of Mr. Sam Kenny as Secretary of the Company, who has left for personal reasons. The Company benefited from the services of Mr. Kenny for over seven years, and wishes him every success in the future.
