James Griffths
Project Manager: Permitting

James Griffiths manages the development of Sea Breeze's wind energy projects to ensure that projects are developed in an efficient and focused manner. This involves coordinating a team of staff and consultants in the planning and execution of desktop and field studies at candidate wind farmsites to investigate key engineering, environmental, or other issues. This information, along with information gathered by Sea Breeze's meteorology department, assists in the prioritization of projects, and the design of an appropriate development program.

Mr. Griffiths has previously contributed to the permitting of the Knob Hill wind farm project in 2004, and managed regulatory proceedings for the Vancouver Island Cable project in 2005/06. Mr. Griffiths is currently completing a Masters in Environment and Management at Royal Roads University. Previous work experience includes research at the BC Cancer Agency and at the TRIUMF particle accelerator at UBC.
