Sea Breeze Power Corp.’s joint venture partner is Boundless Energy LLC, the transmission engineering principal of the Neptune Regional Transmission System, which was recently installed and now transmits power between northern New Jersey and central Long Island through a 67-mile, 660-megawatt HVDC submarine transmission cable.

In May of 2004, Sea Breeze Power was invited to become a Corporate Partner of the Donald Bren School of Environmental Science & Management, located at the University of California, Santa Barbara Campus. Since then, Sea Breeze has joined the Bren School through various initiatives engineered to provide green solutions to California's energy shortfall.
